Health and Safety Disclaimer
Not medical advice. Woddie is a fitness tracking tool designed to help you log and review your workout performance. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app should be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Consult a professional. Before beginning any new exercise programme or making significant changes to your training — particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern — consult a qualified healthcare professional or licensed fitness coach. This is especially important if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are recovering from injury.
Cycle-performance correlation. The cycle-performance correlation feature provides informational trends based on data you enter. It does not constitute medical analysis of your hormonal cycle and should not be relied upon for health decisions. If you have concerns about cycle health, speak to a doctor.
Exercise at your own risk. Physical exercise carries inherent risks including injury and, in rare cases, more serious consequences. Woddie bears no responsibility for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from exercise undertaken in connection with use of the app.
Heart rate data. Woddie may display heart rate data that is retrieved directly from your fitness watch or wearable device (such as Apple Watch or other compatible devices) via the device's health platform (e.g. Apple HealthKit). We do not measure, generate, or independently verify heart rate readings. The accuracy, completeness, and reliability of heart rate data depend entirely on your wearable device, its sensors, and the health platform that transmits the data to Woddie. We have no control over how that data is collected or calculated.
Heart rate information displayed in Woddie is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical monitoring, cardiac assessment, or clinical-grade measurement. Do not use heart rate readings shown in Woddie to make medical or health decisions. If you experience abnormal heart rate readings, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during or after exercise, stop immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.
We accept no liability for any harm, injury, or loss arising from inaccurate, delayed, or missing heart rate data, or from any action or omission taken in reliance on such data.
